Zak Evans - Hall Chair

Hey Guys, my name is Zak Evans and I have the responsibility of being your Hall Chair for this year. 

As Hall Chair, my role is to lead the rest of your Rigg-Rut committee in any way necessary. Whether it be through chairing our weekly meetings, termly HGMs, representing the Hall at HSF or liaising with the University to ensure you have the BEST student experience… I am here for you!

Not only am I here as a support for the committee, I aim to be a support for all 196 students in the Rigg-Rut family – therefore throughout your year here, please do not hesitate to contact me about any issues you may have.

For the past year, I have been on committee as the Hall’s Social Sec – organising all of the events throughout the year; I know how the Hall works and I certainly know how to have a good time.

I am currently studying Sport and Exercise Sciences, and im in my 2nd year – there is nothing I love more than Rigg-Rut, having incredible nights out with the amazing people & getting involved in everything that the Hall and Union has to offer.

Rigg-Rut is my home and by choosing it you will have made the best decision of your life - I can honestly say there is nowhere I would rather be. From RAG & Action to IMS & Socials, Rigg-Rut do things in style; and as a committee we will not stop until you have had the best year of your life.

We may be small, but there is no doubt that we are certainly mighty!
